Infoserve is looking for a driven and commercially astute Senior Sales Consultant to join our growing team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a proven track record in digital sales, ideally within websites or marketing services, who is looking to take the next step in their career.
You’ll play a key role in developing new business relationships and contributing to the continued growth of a long-established digital marketing agency based in Leeds.
About the Role
As a Senior Sales Consultant, you’ll identify, approach and build relationships with small to medium-sized business owners across the UK. Using your experience and expertise, you’ll assess their current online presence and provide tailored solutions from our suite of services – including websites, SEO, branding and paid advertising.
You’ll work independently and as part of a collaborative team, using tools such as LinkedIn, video outreach, email and phone to open conversations and close deals. You’ll also have the opportunity to represent Infoserve at industry events and workshops.
Key Responsibilities
• Generate new leads through proactive outreach and research
• Conduct discovery calls and video meetings with business owners
• Understand client needs and confidently pitch relevant digital solutions
• Build strong, lasting relationships with clients through consultative selling
• Work towards agreed targets with realistic KPIs and uncapped commission
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless project handovers
• Represent Infoserve at occasional in-person events and networking opportunities
• Contribute ideas and feedback to improve sales processes and strategy
What We’re Looking For
Essential:
• A minimum of 2 years’ experience in B2B sales (digital marketing/website sales preferred)
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
• Confidence in approaching and speaking with business owners
• Ability to work independently and manage your own pipeline
• A proactive mindset and strong commercial awareness
• Ability to build rapport quickly and close deals in a consultative, value-driven way
• Willingness to travel to the Leeds office 1–2 days per week
Desirable:
• Experience selling website design, SEO or online advertising services
• Knowledge of digital marketing trends and common client pain points
• Experience using CRM systems and video platforms for sales outreach
