Role Overview
Infoserve is a well-established digital marketing business providing website solutions and online marketing services to small and medium-sized businesses across the UK. We are seeking a professional and target-driven Appointment Maker to support our Digital Marketing Consultants by booking qualified appointments with prospective clients.
This role is a key part of our commercial function and involves outbound engagement, lead qualification, and representing Infoserve’s digital solutions with professionalism and credibility.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound prospecting via phone, email, and LinkedIn
- Qualify prospects and book appointments for Digital Marketing Consultants
- Maintain accurate records within the CRM system
- Work towards agreed activity levels and appointment KPIs
- Collaborate with our Digital Marketing team to support campaigns
Candidate Profile
- Experience in appointment setting, lead generation, or outbound B2B contact preferred
- Professional communication and strong telephone manner
- Organised, resilient, and comfortable working to targets
- Confident using CRM systems and LinkedIn
