FAQ184 | The Pace 56 Solo has a built in memory for receiving messages when the PC is turned off. If the memory has completely filled up with incoming voice or fax messages, the Solo will be unable to store any more messages. You can delete all messages by choosing Clear Modem Memory from the Independent Mode Control dialog box within PhoneTools. Alternatively, when your PC is turned off, you can erase messages by using the Erase button (in combination with the Caller ID, Fax or Answer Phone buttons) on the front of the Solo. If all of the above fails then you can download and reflash the modem with the firmware upgrade to clear all of the memory¯s. |
