To be able to send the same fax to multiple recipients, you need to ensure that you have the recipients previously created in a phone book.
When you have the PhoneTools SEND FAX dialogue box on your computer screen, you can click on the 'Copy from Phonebook' icon.You can add each of your recipients individually from the phonebook by selecting that entry. When you have completed the list of recipients, click on the SEND button.
You will now see the faxes being processed. |
