To send a fax from a windows application using SuperVoice, follow this example using WordPad as your windows application.
From the Windows START button, click on the PROGRAMS menu, click on ACCESSORIES and launch WordPad. WordPad will open with blank document.
Write the text of your fax. Tip, because you don't know what sort of fax machine will be on the receiving end or what the quality of the output will be use a fairly large, clearly legible font.When you are ready to send your fax, click on WordPad's File menu and the click on Print.
In the Print dialog box, click on the down arrow in the Name field to select Capture Fax BVRP as your printer.
This will send your document to the Capture Fax BVRP (instead of your regular printer), which will convert it to a fax.
When WordPad has finished "printing", the Send Fax dialog box will appear.
You enter the details of the recipient of the fax that you have created, then click on SEND to process the fax. |
