To send a simple fax using the PhoneTools software, follow this procedure.
In PhoneTools main window, click on the Fax button on the left hand side to display the Send Fax window.Click on the green send fax icon on the right hand side.
Type in the recipients details.
In the cover page text entry box, type in your fax message.
Click the Send button to start the transmission. |
