Why can't people hear me when I am using SuperVoice as a speakerphone?

We have found that the speakerphone operation to be acceptable during tests in our labs using an external microphone with an impedance of 2000 Ohms or above.
You are able to increase the settings for both the microphone and loudspeaker within the SuperVoice dialer. If you click on VOL, the speaker volume slider will change to the microphone level slider, you can then increase the microphone level.

Later versions of the Pace 56 Voice modem firmware also improve the microphone sensitivity, available from the driver database section of the Infoserve.com website at http://www.infoserve.com.
