If the image from the camera is too dark this could be due to underexposure.
Like any other video camera, the Pace camera requires a certain amount of light on the subject to be able to produce good clear pictures.Dark pictures could be caused by not having enough light on the subject. You could try moving things around to increase the amount of natural light, or use a lamp to brighten the subject.
It may also be possible to increase the quality be adjusting the Brightness settings within the software, and try choosing Medium or Low lighting options. Dark pictures could also be caused by too much light from another source. If you have a Window in the field of view the camera will adjust itself to the light from this, resulting in the rest of the picture appearing to be too dark.
You could try moving things around, or you can change the contrast option and enable the backlighting feature within the software. |
