Why won't my Pace 56 Solo modem answer an incoming call when used with the PhoneTools software?

To enable PhoneTools to answer an incoming call, PhoneTools would need to be open at the time receiving the call.

If PhoneTools is open, ensure that the Answerphone is set to record and in General Configuration Voice, check that receive is set to active.
