FAQ135 | If you find that video image refresh rate appears to be 'jerky', this may be due to a limited amount of bandwidth available on your USB ports. Audio and video applications require very high bandwidth to display a smooth video image on screen. If this high bandwidth is not available, it would be advisable to lower the display resolution. You can achieve this by selecting the video format section of the application software, and select a lower display resolution. You might also want to reduce the image quality, this will reduce the amount of data produced by the camera. It may be possible to reach an acceptable compromise between the frame refresh rate of the video image and the quality of the image. |
