FAQ132 | If you only see a blue screen when you launch your video application, first make sure you have the Pace USB Video Camera connected according to the instructions supplied with the Pace USB Video Camera. If the Pace USB Video Camera is connected to the computer correctly, then check the following.In your video application, select the video options. Make sure you have the option set to use the Pace USB Camera. If your application is configured to use the Pace USB Video Camera, check the Pace USB Video Camera in a different USB port. If you find that you are still experiencing the blue screen video in your video application, then check that the camera is working by using it on a different PC. |
