Why do I keep receiving the message 'NO DIALTONE' & the power LED flashes when I attempt to make an outgoing data call using my Pace ISDN TA?

If the Pace ISDN TA reports 'NO DIALTONE', check to see what the status of the power LED is. If it is constantly lit then reset the Pace ISDN TA by entering the following commands in a terminal program:
AT$Z
AT#Z

If the power light is flashing the Pace ISDN TA is either not connected to the ISDN line or is connected to an ISDN line that does not provide power. If the ISDN line doesn't provide power, enter the following commands in a terminal program:
AT#NOPOWER=1
AT&W
AT#Z
You should find the Pace ISDN TA will now dial out.
