Why do I get an error message indicating that the USB Supplement is obsolete when installing the Pace USB Camera drivers?

In response to bug reports and to improve both the reliability and compatibility of USB support, Microsoft have updated the USB Supplement.
We have found that the most stable version of this supplement is version 4.03.1214 or later.

If you do not have this version of the supplement, then the only way to obtain this is from the manufacturer or supplier of your computer.
It is possible that they will have the file available for download on their web site.
