You may download a program to run on your Windows PC which will install the latest drivers and applications for your Pace TV Card, Pace TV & Radio Card or your Pace Colour Video Camera PCI. This combined upgrade program is available from this page and is called VIDEO_UP.EXE. It supports Windows 95 and 98. Windows 2000 systems are not supported.

This version of the drivers improves the performance and stability of all video related operations. In addition, it removes the need for an audio interconnection cable between the TV card and soundcard. This software audio facility is automatically enabled by the new drivers. Once you are happy with the audio performance you may remove the hardware audio cable.

IMPORTANT: When the Save As... dialog box opens, select a location on your PC to save the file. Make sure that you note this location, because you will need to find the file to install the software.
Take care to follow the upgrade recommendations carefully to ensure a successful outcome.

What do I do when I have downloaded this file?

Disconnect from the Internet: Your computer will need to be restarted after the upgrade is installed.

Install the Upgrade: Double click (or otherwise run) the newly downloaded VIDEO_UP.EXE file to start the installation. Follow the on-screen instructions to complete your upgrade.
